The story
Most AI projects don't fail because the model is wrong — they fail because nobody owns the path from prototype to production. The notebook works, the demo lands and then the system stalls the moment it meets real data, real users and real reliability requirements.
IQMaxs exists to close that gap. I pair hands-on engineering with a clear-eyed view of what actually moves the needle: strong data foundations, honest evaluation, guardrails and monitoring — so the thing you launch keeps working after launch.
