An AI-powered assessment generation platform that helps educational institutions create curriculum-aligned question papers in minutes instead of hours. Unlike generic AI tools, it works directly with textbook content: teachers select the Board, Class, Subject, Book and Page Range, and the platform generates a complete assessment tailored to that syllabus.

How it works

The platform uses a retrieval-augmented generation architecture to improve accuracy and reduce hallucination:

• Extract textbook content from PDFs.
• Clean and preprocess the text.
• Chunk the content into meaningful sections.
• Generate embeddings and store them in a vector database.
• Perform semantic search to retrieve the most relevant content.
• Send the retrieved context to GPT models.
• Generate curriculum-aligned question papers across multiple difficulty levels.

What it produces

Each generated paper contains 10 multiple-choice questions, 5 two-mark questions, 3 three-mark questions, 3 five-mark questions and 2 ten-mark questions. Every MCQ includes four options and the correct answer, while descriptive questions are organised by marks and difficulty level.

Key engineering decisions

Retrieving the relevant textbook passages before generation is what makes the output syllabus-specific rather than generically plausible, and it is the main defence against hallucinated questions. Structured JSON output keeps formatting consistent across papers, and the architecture extends to additional boards, subjects and learning management systems.
