Overview

An end-to-end AI Lesson Engine that automatically converts PowerPoint presentations into complete interactive e-learning courses. Instructors upload a presentation and the platform generates narrated lessons with an AI presenter, subtitles, quizzes and SCORM-compatible output ready for any Learning Management System.

The problem

Producing professional e-learning content traditionally requires subject-matter experts, instructional designers, voice artists, video editors and LMS specialists — and every content update repeats the same expensive process.

How it works

The platform runs a modular six-stage pipeline:

• Parse the PowerPoint slides.
• Apply OCR with AI Vision for image-based slides.
• Generate teaching narration with GPT.
• Convert the narration into natural speech.
• Synchronise subtitles and avatar lip movements.
• Package everything into a SCORM lesson.

Key engineering decisions

Each stage operates independently, which keeps the system modular, scalable and straightforward to maintain. An OCR pipeline with an AI Vision fallback handles slides that carry no extractable text, so image-only decks still produce lessons. A human review step sits before publishing, and SCORM 1.2 export means the output drops into any compatible LMS without rework.
